The Blood of Jesus Speaks

22But rather, you have come to Mount Zion, even to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to countless multitudes of angels in festal gathering,

23And to the church (assembly) of the Firstborn who are registered [as citizens] in heaven, and to the God Who is Judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous (the redeemed in heaven) who have been made perfect,

24And to Jesus, the Mediator (Go-between, Agent) of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood which speaks [of mercy], a better and nobler and more gracious message than the blood of Abel [which cried out for vengeance].(I)
Hebrews 12:22-24 Amplified Bible

The blood of Jesus speaks better things than the blood of Abel. When Cain slew Abel in jealousy, Abel's blood cried out for vengence from the ground. When Jesus brought his blood to heaven and sprinkled it on the mercy seat, He transformed the mercy seat into the Throne of Grace!

The blood of Jesus today cries out 'It is Finished!' Instead of crying out for vengence, it cries out that our complete redemption has been utterly paid for.

In heaven's legislation, there is a new covenant in place. And that legislated covenant has been rattified (sealed and put into effect) by the blood of Jesus!

The blood cries out'you're healed', 'you're provided for', 'you're justified', 'you're a citizen of heaven', you're delivered'.

So when the Father answers your prayer, He's not 'doing you a favor'. He is being just. It's because of the blood of Jesus. The blood has qualified you.
